OUR SPECIALITY
Why specialist post-concrete cleaning matters.
Post-concrete pool cleaning is specialist work. Concrete slurry, residue and surface contamination require the right experience, process and attention to detail. With 700+ post-concrete cleans completed, this isn’t an add-on service. It’s what we specialise in.
LIQUID LIMESTONE / HONED AGGREGATE / EXPOSED AGGREGATE
CONCRETE FINISHES
Specialist experience across three finishes.
Liquid Limestone
From $450
Generally a lighter slurry load, but fine concrete residue can adhere to walls and radius areas. Typically requires fewer cleaning cycles. Flocculation and acid treatment may be required depending on contamination.
Honed Aggregate
From $1,300
Typically produces the heaviest slurry load. Concrete residue and stickage are common on walls and radius areas and usually require multiple cleaning visits. Flocculation may also be required.
Exposed Aggregate
From $1,400
Typically produces a medium slurry load but heavier adhered concrete residue across floors, walls and radius areas. Flocculation and acid treatment are generally required.
Starting prices only. Final pricing depends on pool size, contamination, site conditions, number of visits and disposal requirements.
Where suitable onsite water/slurry disposal is unavailable, alternative waste disposal or a skip/container may be required at additional cost.

Why we don’t excessively drain fibreglass pools
Water provides internal support to a fibreglass pool shell. During cleaning, we generally do not drain below the bottom of the skimmer box. Excessive water removal can allow the shell to move inward, potentially contributing to gel-coat spider cracking, shell movement or stress transferred into surrounding concrete. These are potential risks, not inevitable outcomes.
You may be required to refill the pool between cleaning visits. We do not remain onsite waiting for the pool to refill, as household water pressure and refill times vary.

YOUR QUESTIONS
Frequently asked questions.
This varies depending on concrete finish, pool size, slurry load and surface stickage. Some pools require fewer cycles, while heavier contamination may require multiple visits.
Photos help with initial assessment, but final pricing depends on the actual contamination, access, disposal requirements and work required.
Generally no. Fibreglass pools are normally kept above the bottom of the skimmer box during cleaning to maintain internal support to the shell.
Where suitable onsite disposal is available, it may be used. Where it isn’t, alternative disposal or a skip/container may be required at additional cost.
Our post-concrete cleaning prepares the pool for the next stage of commissioning. Final water balancing, equipment commissioning or other works may still be required.
